Aloha-spirited Watercolor Painting

Check out the process behind the art of watercolor painting. Here’s a “time-lapsed” video of a recent project of mine titled “Marmar.” It’s actually referenced after a photograph I took of one of my best friends, Jessica Marmar. She’s my Micronesian friend from Hawai’i whom I mistook for an Indian gal at first sight. hehe She still can’t believe I was going to ask for a curry recipe when I first met her. HA! Anyhow, the particular photograph I referenced was taken in Phoenix, AZ in 2014. She’s wearing an authentic mega hibiscus flower and conveying true island pride. I once said that her face belongs on the side of an airplane since it reminded me of the Hawaiian Airlines logo. Beautiful! Watch the time-lapsed magic unfolding. Plus, some photos of my work station, so to speak. Not for nothing, but I’m somewhat impressed to say the least. =D
